WILLIAM MCGEACHIE - MANAGING DIRECTOR

William is the Managing Director of Kin Capital with a background in Project, Development and Construction Management along with project financing, funds management, quantity surveying and civil engineering. William has a strong communication and management skill set, which ensures he develops a project environment with a results focus. Over the last 17 years William has gained extensive experience in all areas of projects across international regions including Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Civil, Hospitality and Residential Development projects. His experience in property development, project funding, contractor engineering and client management roles enables him to work with all stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome for all parties.

DANIEL MCELROY-O’CONNELL - ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Daniel is responsible for Kin Capital’s investments and acquisitions, with oversight of all developments and delivery teams. Daniel is an experienced development professional with deep expertise in feasibility assessment, financial analysis, and the end-to-end delivery of real estate investments across Australia. His strategic approach to evaluating opportunities, structuring investments and developments, and navigating market dynamics ensures outcomes that maximize value while effectively managing risk. Combining commercial acumen with clear communication, Daniel excels at leading teams, fostering collaboration, and building lasting partnerships. His ability to align financial insight with strategic vision, underpinned by a pragmatic understanding of delivery, enables successful outcomes for Kin Capital and its partners.

As General Manager, Stephanie brings a wealth of experience to the table, having successfully collaborated with teams and projects in the property industry for many years. A proven track record in streamlining process, optimising resources, and fostering a collaborative work environment, she is able to deliver value for all company stakeholders.
