Founder & Managing Director

William is the Managing Director of Kin Capital and possesses an enviable background in project development and construction management, tenancy co-ordination, contract administration, quantity surveying and civil engineering. These skillsets coupled with his strong communication and management attributes, underpin the delivery of successful project environments and a results focus that reflects and exceeds client expectations.

Over the last 18 years William has gained extensive international new construction and refurbishment project understanding across many sectors including Retirement, Hospitality and Residential projects. His engineering and client management role experiences enables him to work with all stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome for all parties.

Investment Director

Ashley has 20 years’ residential development consultancy, land agency and new homes sales experience in the UK.

Prior to joining Kin Capital in 2020 Ashley led Knight Frank’s SE England Residential Development, Consultancy and Land business. Ashley’s comprehensive residential, retirement and mixed use developments skills reflects his experience working with major public and private landowners, to help identify and unlock value through all stages of the development process.

As Kin Capital’s Investment Director Ashley is responsible for all aspects of site acquisition, appraisal and feasibility, funding and ultimately sales.

Head of Property

David possesses extensive property industry experience and is accountable for design management and project delivery, interfacing effectively with construction partners, financiers and consultants, as well as overseeing the programme, and project delivery. David’s 35 years’ industry UK and Australian experience is demonstrated in the successful delivery of numerous major developments, including involvement in over $5 billion of Social Infrastructure PPP projects.

David, as client Project Director, was responsible for the delivery and operational readiness of the globally recognised $165m award winning Mark Moran Group’s Vaucluse facility.
